Brevet Brigadier General William Cogswell's Discharge and Memorial Book, c. 1865-97, a framed discharge for colonel/brevet brigadier general Cogswell dated July 24th, 1865, and a memorial book published by congress after the death of general Cogswell, also a representative from Massachusetts. Estimate $150-250 A few folds and foxing on the discharge, book has some foxing but is in very good condition. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
