A group of four English blue and white transferware dishes comprising of a pair of plates after William Adams' 1780 pattern "Chinese Bird" with Orientalist figurative scenes set within four cartouches at each corner of the round plates surrounding a central medallion containing birds and fruit, marked to underside, approximately 9" diameter; an early 19th century Benjamin Adams platter in pattern "Scene After Claude Lorraine" depicting a farmer with staff and two cows in front of classical architectural ruins, marked to underside, approximately 14.5" x 10.5"; and an unmarked meat platter with drainage well to one side, decoration depicting courtly Asian figures on a dock before traditional architecture, monogrammed to each side "M". approximately 18.25" x 14.25". Each dish with a metal plate hanger.
