Victorian Staffordshire Figure Washington, England, third quarter 19th century, polychrome enamel decoration to the standing figure modeled holding a tricorner hat under one arm and a document in the other hand, ht. 14 1/2 in. Note: Similarly modeled as the depiction of Franklin. Estimate $300-500 Title somewhat faded. Small chip to document and tpo edge of base; back footrim with a 1" chip.
