Several notable areas of loss to lacquer coating throughout frame, as shown in images online. One upper corner of backrest shows a one inch loss of material. Caning has been sensitively replaced, with no evidence of breaks or repairs noted. One armrest element shows minor separation to joinery of backrest while not effecting stability in use. Minor soiling to upholstery associated with use over time. Overall very good vintage condition. This lot is sold with a digital copy of the certificate of authenticity from the Comité Jean-Michel Frank. France, c. 1940
