Upholstery has been updated and is free of any visible soiling or surface wear. One small area centered to backrest of chair shows few thin surface scratches. Lower left rail shows a shallow impression measuring two inches in length. Overall example shows in fine condition and is ready for use. Ottoman measures: 20.5 w x 22 d x 15 h inches. Signed with paper manufacturer's label to underside of each element: [Vladimir Kagan Designs Inc. 20-21 41st Street Long Island City, NY 11101]. Vladimir Kagan Designs, Inc.
