Missing to bolts to underside, with remaining two bolts having been crudely updated at one point.
Bolts are too long and will not secure base to shell, causing a fair amount of play when chair is lifted. Minor oxidation to steel surfaces associated with age. Minor surface wear to shell, with each edge showing a long and vertical black abrasion. Vintage condition.
