Work shows several areas of stable craquelure most visible to green, red and white pigments.
Lower right quadrant shows approximately three small areas of subsequent loss to pigments visible under closer scrutiny. Image has ghosted to glass front, slightly obscuring colors with two small high points of pigment having made contact with glass over time. Work would benefit from having framing cleaned or replaced prior to installation. Overall fine and stable condition. Glazed under glass and framed measuring 28.25 x 38.75 inches.
Signed and dated to lower left 'Appel 60'. Signed and titled to verso 'Têtes Comme un Paysage Appel'.
