These works are in good overall condition.
Each wtih some surface soiling and hairline cracking however more heavily to one work, which shows minor losses to corners. Few minor abrasions. Colors present well. One unframed. Three framed without glazing measuring 26 x 22, 26 x 20 and 25 x 19 inches.
Smallest work measures: 24 h x 18 w inches.
Signed to lower edge of each work 'P. Dean'.
