Sold for:
$11,875

Very good antique condition. Warm original finish, recently waxed, shows minor wear throughout. Minor darkened dents, scratches, and chips commensurate with age and use. Seam separations from normal aging of wood, most visible to all four posts (largest measures eight inches). Finish to back of seat rail has lighter areas, probably from proximity to baseboard heat. Newer vinyl upholstery. Retains original webbed seat frame with replaced rope. Early red manufacturer's decal to upright ‘Als Ik Kan Stickley’ with joiner's compass. USA, c. 1902
