Teapot in excellent condition with satin fish. Some wear to bowl, under plate is rocky. Insulator removed and repinned. Teapot and sugar bowl feature decoration of sphinxes and pharaoh heads.
Engraved to bowl ‘Marian Holyoke’ and to underside of bowl ‘from Lucy K. Tuckerman August 15 1877, 2396 7301’, to plate ‘Marian’ and to underside of plate ‘from Lucy K. Tuckerman, 2396 2285’.
Sold with Tiffany & Co. bowl and under plate, c. 1877.
