Soft creases throughout sheet, with pinholes scattered throughout edges and corners in keeping with other examples.
A short tear to lower right edge was repaired with adhesive tape at some point, with subsequent discoloration to this area. Few minute points of discoloration to image field. Two small smudge marks along left edge. Overall good condition, with no indication of fading to colors. Unframed.
Signed and dated 'FLW Sept 30 52'. Signed and identified 'South East Elevation Building for the H.C. Price Co. Bartlesville Oklahoma Frank Lloyd Wright Architect'.
