Mainardi, Agostino (1482-1563) An Anatomi, that is to say a Parting in Peeces of the Mass. [Strasbourg: Printed by the heirs of W. Köpfel], A.D. 1556. First and only English edition, octavo, bound in full speckled calf, rebacked; signature B supplied from a smaller copy, small hole in V8, affecting three or four words, 5 7/8 x 3 1/2 in. Mainardi was a Catholic priest who later declared himself an adherent of Zwingli and some precepts of Martin Luther.
