Third edition, 12mo, incomplete, lacking leaves between the title page and page 19 (ten leaves: A2-A11), pages 31-34 (B6-7), and everything after page 234 (thirteen leaves: K11 and L1-12); bound in full contemporary sheepskin over scabbard, damaged, boards detached, most of back board missing, 5 1/2 x 3 1/4 in. Although incomplete, this book is rarely seen for sale.
