[and] a scrapbook related to the planning of the twenty-fifth reunion of the class of 1897, including all of the paperwork generated for attendees, copies of letters arranging hotel accommodations, fundraising activity, various questionnaires and informative brochures, a bold oval-shaped placard printed in green and red to be displayed in a car window during the reunion (for the purposes of ride-sharing with other alumni), Harvard Club dinner menu, and other documents.
