[Cuban Revolution] Expedicion y Desembarco del "Granma. " Havana, n.d. (ca. 1959). The Granma yacht departed Tuxpan, Mexico, November 25, 1956. Arrived at "Las Colorados" December 2, 1956, carrying 82 Cuban revolutionaries under the direction of Fidel Castro, for the purpose of overthrowing Batista. The Granma is on permanent display in Havana. Honoring 81 of the passengers with their photographic portraits (some indicated as dead), including the young Castro brothers and Che Guevara. Scarce relic of the Cuban revolution. Title leaf and 29 leaves. Black limp leather tied with string, featuring a ship and lettering in yellow on the front cover. Front cover reads: Album Expedicionarios del "Granma." Light wear to covers; a few small indents from metal corners carrying over to first and last couple of pages.
