Herend Porcelain Manufactory (Hungary, 1826- ), hand painted porcelain animal figurine depicting a pelican with gilt open mouth and red fishnet motif body with blue and pink feathered wings above orange and gilt tipped webbed feet , two fish rest between legs on a white and pale blue glazed base with chamfered corners. Marked on bottom with blue manufacturer's mark with additional notations. "VBO" on corner of base. Approximate height 8.5", width 6", depth 3.75".
