Edgar Degas (French, 1834-1917) unframed pastel on paper drawing depicting a ballerina at the barre. Signed 'Degas' to the lower left hand corner and measuring approximately 14" in height by 11" in width. This piece comes complete with a letter of provenance from a previous owner who inherited the piece from within his family. It is our recommendation that all pieces be examined in person either by perspective clients or a dealer the client has asked to give them a condition report. This is consistent with our terms of sale that all goods are sold as is and all sales are final.
