THIS LOT IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT RESERVE Of baluster shape, the body with two main hand-painted scenes on either side surrounded by molded C-scroll cartouches, one side features a domestic genre scene of young aristocratic parents with their daughter, the verso hand-painted with a landscape, the body of the vase with a black glaze ornamented by gilded C-scrolls, the handles of the vase in the form of bushy-tailed squirrels eating nuts, the vase electrified and refitted as a lamp, height without the lamp portion: 37. 5 cm (14 3/4 in.)
