Property sold to Benefit Graland Country Day School Financial Aid Endowment, Denver, Colorado Varnish overall, some cracking to the paint surface, primarily to the upper left quadrant. Small puncture to the canvas in the upper left corner. Surface first overall. Examined under black light.
