40. 00 mm case diameter, vertically brushed silvered dial signed PATEK PHILIPPE & CIE GENEVA SWITZERLAND, silvered cathedral hands, the bezel containing 16 old European cut diamonds and 16 square mixed cut synthetic sapphires, stem wound and set movement signed TIFFANY & Co NEW YORK, platinum fob chain and a pocket knife containing 14 single cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.07 carat total. Movement Number: 80514. The watch winds, runs and sets but has not been timed for accuracy. The dial exhibits some age related discoloration and scattered debris. The crystal has light superficial scractches which are visible without magnification. The case exhibits even wear-related scuffs which are visible without magnification. The fob chain appears intact.
