An editorial cartoon from the Chicago Tribune in 1939, lampooning the New Deal, titled The Holdup. Inscribed in the lower margin, 'To Keith Masters with best wishes of Joe Parrish'. Frame size: 36 x 31 cm. Parrish was the chief editorial cartoonist for the Chicago Tribune in the 1960s.
