The Four Times of Day. Morning, Noon, Evening, Night. All pasted down, all trimmed, stitching holes noted along left edge of all. Framed and matted. These are done after a series of four paintings by English artist William Hogarth completed in 1736. Humorous depictions of life in the streets of London, the vagaries of fashion, and the interactions between the rich and poor. 27 1/2 x 24 inches.
