Tim O'Kane (Richmond, Virginia, born 1950) portrait lithograph on woodpulp paper, pencil titled "Jamal" and numbered "25/100" to lower left; signed in plate to lower left and signed in pencil to lower right; measures approximately 18" x 23-3/4" with frame and has a sight image of approximately 17-1/2" x 23-1/8"; in good overall condition. Artist himself identified piece as one created originally in 1968, when the artist was a first year at VCU. The artist & subject both were age 18 at the time. Tim O'Kane is an artist specializing in realism paintings in oil, watercolor, and other media. He is also a fine art photographer and garden designer. He currently resides in Charlottesville, Va.
