Erhard Kirchstein (Germany, 1920-1972) trio of hand-colored prints. Each print shows a scene of Berlin in the 1950s, one of Brandenburg Gate, one of the Berling Airlift Memorial, and one of the Victory Column. Each piece is hand-colored and is signed “E. Kirchstein” in pencil to lower left and titled to lower right and framed under glass; with a sight image of approximately 11-1/2" in height by 9-7/16" in width each. Erhard Kirschstein (1920-1972) was a German born artist from Berlin known for his engravings and artwork depicting places in his city.
