19th century the interior painted to show a flying phoenix under leafy branches, the exterior with iron red bamboo branches, bearing a six-character Qianlong mark in underglaze blue to the underside. Diameter 9 1/2 inches. Overall in decent condition with no apparent chips, hairlines or restoration. A few pits to the glaze, light rubbing of enamel to the decoration, the interior with surface scratches consistent with use.
