(American, 19th Century) Five Dollar Bill, 1894 oil on canvas signed Chas Guyer and dated (lower right) 8 x 10 inches. Provenance: Coe Kerr Gallery, New York In good, stable condition overall. Light craquelure throughout. Faint creasing to the canvas in the form of a rectangle approximately 4 3/8 x 7 inches in size. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of retouch or repair.
