Fiddle and Thread pattern, comprising: 18 spoons, William Ely, William Fearn & William Chawner 18 forks, Christian & Thomas Barker the handles worked to show an engraved coronet over the motto Order of the Garter. marked on underside of handle 56 ozt 14 dwts Length of spoon 7 inches. Property from the Collection of Dr. and Mrs. Jack Durell, McLean, Virginia In overall good condition. Light to moderate surface scratching throughout consistent with polishing and use. Areas of heavier surface scratching to underside of spoon bowls. Some fork tines bent slightly out of alignment. Monogram engraving not contemporary to service.
