Property from the Collection of Dr. and Mrs. Jack Durell, McLean, Virginia In decent, stable condition consistent with age and use. Wear to the white enamel ground in the form of surface scratches, faint hairline cracks, scattered instances of pitting and minor areas of discoloration. Scattered hairline cracks to the white enamel ground on the interior of the hinged lid. Spring mechanism does not function well, but hinge is intact.
