Large Balinese carved and polychromed ceremonial mask likely in the form of Rangda (the demon queen)--likely Barong dance mask depicted with horns, large alert eyes, and open mouth exposing tongue. Depiction appears to be influenced by Japanese Hannya masks. Figure with red face with pointed upturned ears and animal and facial mask mounts. Unsigned. Wire on back for displaying on a wall. Approximate height 23", width 21", depth 16.125".
