18th century having a pierce carved back and open arms enclosing a stuffover seat, raised on square tapering legs. Height 36 inches. Attractive, usable condition. Worming, scuffs and scratches consistent with age. 2-3 previous repairs. Moderately loose joints. Chair would need to be used delicately without further restoration.
