Henredon Four Centuries secretary/bookcase with a shaped molded arched cornice having a hand-carved crest, surmounting an upper case housing two shaped doors inset with French wire, opening to a shelved interior with shaped shelves, the lowercase housing a slant-front secretary opening to a fitted interior, in turn surmounting a bombé form lower case housing three drawers, supported by canted bracket feet joined by a shaped apron; measures approximately 89" high, 49" wide and 20" in depth. Marked Henredon, Four Centuries to inside top drawer.
