French, likely Normandy, early 19th century. Provincial carved pine armoire, the arched cornice over carved ribbon twist and frieze centered with flower-filled basket and carved lappet molding above a pair of double fielded, arched raised panel doors with leafy moldings centered with oval lappeted floral sprigs within egg and dart border having a fluted center stile and opening to a shelved interior with later small drawer, raised on front, squat cabriole legs with scrolled toes joined by a serpentine carved beaded skirt. Approximate height 90", width 56.87", depth 18".
