Italian, mid 20th century. An Egyptian Revival style polychromed terra cotta wall-mounting lavabo in three pieces, having a fluted urn form jug, topped with an acanthine tulip finial, decorated with a Greek key border over floral swags, flanked on either side by two female figures wearing stylized Egyptian Nemes style headdresses, with a metal spout, over a lower, lipped, tapering bowl, decorated with two scrolled handles, a central female Egyptian figure, and acanthus leaves, with a lower drop of grapes. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 44.5", width 22.5", depth 10.25".
