English, 19th century. A diminutive Gothic style oak court cupboard, in two sections, the upper section having a rectangular molded top with chip carved frieze and drop finials, above the lower section with single door with four panels carved with quatrefoil opening to a shelved interior and raised on incised and chip carved stiles. Approximate height 54", weight 27.5", depth 15.25". Provenance: From the Estate of a prominent publisher and philanthropist, Greenwich, CT.
