CONTINENTAL HAND CARVED WOOD CHEST, POSS. 18TH C., H 21", W 14", L 27":A hand-carved oak chest or box. Possibly Flemish, possibly 18th century. The rectangular hinged-top opening to void interior, the double carved front with floral medallions, above a scalloped pedestal base with hand-wrought iron strap work and hinges, with fitted iron carrying handles to sides, raised on a shaped pedestal base.
