Octavo, second printing, inscribed to Mr. and Mrs. George White, of Brownsville, Texas; with a typed letter signed 14 March 1929 to Mrs. White, thanking her for hosting the pilot while in Texas, sending this book, and mentioning that she is still enjoying the fresh gladiolas and sweet peas; the book bound in red publisher's cloth, bumped, toning to half-title, 8 x 5 1/4 in.; the letter folded, with some stains, tacked to ffep, 10 1/2 x 7 1/4 in.
