Inlaid Walnut Slant-lid Desk, probably Pennsylvania, the lid opens to an interior of central prospect door inlaid with tulips and vines emanating from a jug flanked by document drawers with meandering inlaid stringing, four valanced compartments, four scratchbeaded drawers, above a case with four thumb-molded drawers inlaid with stringing, on flaring French feet and valanced skirt centering leafy branches, replaced brasses, old refinish, (repairs), ht. 46, wd. 39 3/4, dp. 20 in.
