A pre-release 12-inch acetate of “Little Red Corvette” given to Vanity by Prince. Side 1 contains a full version of the track running approximately 8 munutes and 30 seconds. Side 2 contains a truncated cersion of the same track that cuts off at approximately 5 minutes and 18 seconds. The typed white label, with one handwritten correction, reads “Prince/ Warner Brothers/ January 14, 1982/ 45 RPM/ Stereo/ Little Red Corvette.” The white album sleeve has been decorated with marker, possibly by Prince or Vanity, and reads “Prince/ Little Red Corvette/ (dance re-mix).” This song appears on Prince’s October 1982 release 1999 and was released as a single in February 1983. 12 1/2 by 12 1/2 inches Categories: Prince
