A guitar road case used by Nirvana during the Nevermind and In Utero concert tours. The black case is spray painted "NIRV" on side and lid. Additionally stenciled "Music Bank" on front and back sides and "Stage Right" on lid. The case was made by R & R Cases, serial number 19337. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Nirvana guitar tech Earnest Bailey.
