A proclamation presented to Frank Zappa posthumously by Mayor Sheila Dixon of Baltimore proclaiming December 21, 2008 “Frank Zappa Day” in Baltimore. Zappa was born in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1940. Accompanied by a trophy presented to Zappa naming him an Honorary Secretary of State of the State of Ohio presented on March 6, 1988, by then Ohio Secretary of State Sherrod Brown.
