An Elvis Presley necklace suspending a detachable pendant centering a 1916 US $20 gold coin within a 14K yellow gold frame set with 22 full-cut round diamonds totaling 1. 10cts. and graded H-I color and SI clarity, with 14K yellow gold long rope neckchain, 79.5 grams. Presley gave the necklace to Jodi Johnson, who met Presley while working at Berggren's Jewelers in California and met him again 10 years later in Las Vegas.
