A pair of awards presented to Frank Zappa. The first is a teardrop shaped Plexiglas plaque inscribed “Frank Zappa/ The T.J. Martell Foundation/ For Leukemia Research/ Thanks to Your Support,/ The Fight Can Be Won./ May 2, 1981.” The second is a framed certificate awarded to Zappa posthumously by The Freedom To Read Foundation.
