A group of 12 color and black and white photographs of Marilyn Monroe taken on July 8, 1960, when she completed costume and hair tests for The Misfits (United Artists, 1961). Five sepia-toned photographs of Monroe show her posing for the cameras following the test, and six photographs appear to be shots of the costume and makeup tests, four having been cut from actual contact sheets, two are reproduction photographs.
