The memo is dated April 9, 1962, and has an accompanying note addressed to Cherie Redmond, one of Monroe's secretaries, stating that Monroe was charged twice when she bought only one copy of the record. The item that she was double charged for is listed as SWBO 1569, which is the Capitol Records catalog number for the double LP set Judy At Carnegie Hall - Judy in Person .
