Very fine and unusual, 18K pink gold wristwatch "à cornes capuchonnées". Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe box. Three-body, solid, polished, flat and inclined bezel, scrolled lugs, snap-on back. Silver with applied pink gold faceted baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial, outer minute divisions. Pink gold dauphine hands. Cal. 12```-120, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronisms and five positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator. Notes Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 34 mm. THICKNESS 9.5 mm. Consigned by the wife of the original owner, this pink gold version of the REFERENCE 1491 has been maintained in close to new condition, having almost never been worn and in our opinion possibly never polished.
