Melanie Taylor Kent (American, 21st Century) Three Serigraphs: Boardwalk, Atlantic City; Return of the Cable Cars; and Glinda in the Magical Forest . Signed l.r., numbered l.l. Enameled porcelain on metal, sizes to 27 x 18 in., unframed. N.B. Note with the lot: "Full of the characteristic colorful detail and whimsy of the artist, Boardwalk, Atlantic City shows a scene of the Miss America pageant underway on the boardwalk, and Return of the Cable Cars depicts Powell Street in San Francisco during the 1984 parade and celebration. Glinda in the Magical Forest is, of course, a scene from The Wizard of Oz. Melanie Taylor Kent was selected as the official artist of the 50th anniversary of 'The Wizard of Oz.'"
