Provenance: Sold to benefit the Photographic Resource Center at Boston University. N.B. David Armstrong was born in Arlington, Massachusetts, and attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Cooper Union. He was a part of the so-called "Boston School," along with photographers Nan Goldin, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, and Mark Morrisroe.
