A mid 19th century Palais Royale jade green opaline glass and ormolu "Grand Tour" scent or perfume bottle having a gilt metal hinged lid centering a hand painted miniature eglomise depicting landscape figures and a pantheon and opening to glass stopper with dauber (one piece), the body wrapped with ormolu netting having a fleur de lis lattice terminating on a gilt mounted circular foot. Apparently unmarked; fluoresces brightly under blacklight. Approximate height 5.5".
