A porcelain inkstone comprising three cloud bracket feet surmounted by overhanging squat bulbous body bearing recessed and unglazed ink well or stone at top, the bulbous body with cobalt underglaze hand painted scale patterning punctuated by three calligraphic Shou characters meaning "life" or "longevity". Unmarked. Approximate height 3.25", diameter 5.5".
