Jefferson Lamp Company (American, 1900-1933), early 20th century. A splendid leaded glass lamp shade on a a patinated and gilt metal Jefferson base with a double socket and polychrome baluster form base decorated with gadrooning, the striking domical leaded glass geometric shade with tiles in shades of blue slag, mottled greens, purples, and blue glass graduating to the shoulder with a border of diamond shaped amethyst color tiles ending with long vertical tiles having a mix blues, purples, greens, yellows, magenta and copper on ripple glass giving a sparkling mica effect. Shade apparently unsigned. Lamp base stamped to the front "Jefferson". Approximate height of lamp base 21.5", diameter of shade 15".
